Darren has been my go to massage therapist in Telluride for several years. I recently went to see Darren with some knee pain and hip pain. Darren worked both areas and enabled me to race the Skidola, Tellurando and do a hard 10 mile trail run in the week after the massage and I had no knee pain or hip pain!
